By visiting the Site, booking an appointment, purchasing a service, or otherwise engaging with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms (together with any documents they expressly incorporate).

2. About Anatomy Rehab

Anatomy Rehab is a well‑being healthcare concept with licensed physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, sports‑rehab therapists, and allied professionals. We operate clinics in Dubai at:

3. Eligibility & Responsible Use

1. You warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parent/guardian consent) and have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.
2. You agree not to:

  • breach any applicable law or regulation;
  • copy, modify, distribute, or reverse‑engineer any part of the Site;
  • transmit viruses, malicious code, or data‑harvesting mechanisms;
  • use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or reputation.

4. Medical Disclaimer

All information on the Site is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for personalised medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional before acting on any information obtained from us. Use of our services does not create a doctor‑patient relationship until you have attended an initial clinical assessment and signed the appropriate consent forms.

5. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Appointments may be booked online, by phone, email, or in person.

You must provide complete and accurate personal, contact, and health information.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment; cancellations within 24 hours or no‑shows may incur the full session fee.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments (for example, if a therapist becomes unavailable or if pre‑screening indicates treatment is unsuitable).

6. Fees, Payments & Refunds

1. Prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT (where applicable) unless stated otherwise.
2. We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, and approved insurance networks. Full payment is due at the time of treatment unless we have agreed direct settlement with your insurer.
3. Refunds for prepaid packages are at our sole discretion and may be subject to administrative charges and deduction for sessions already taken or missed.
4. We may change our prices at any time; the displayed price at the time of booking remains binding for that booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, software, and trademarks—is owned by or licensed to Anatomy Rehab and is protected by UAE and international intellectual‑property laws. You may view pages for personal, non‑commercial use only. Any other use (including reproduction, republication, extraction, or data‑mining) requires our prior written consent.

8. User‑Generated Content

Where the Site allows you to post reviews, comments, or other content (“User Content”), you grant us a royalty‑free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use, display, reproduce, edit, or distribute your User Content in any media. You confirm that you own—or have permission to use—any intellectual property contained in the User Content and that such content is not defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site shall not exceed the greater of (a) AED 1,000 or (b) the total fees you have paid us for the relevant services in the preceding six months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anatomy Rehab, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the Site or services; or (c) your infringement of any third‑party rights.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Site and/or appointments if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or any applicable law, or if your conduct is disruptive, abusive, or may cause harm to staff or other clients.

14. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, power failure, epidemic, flood, fire, explosion, civil unrest, strikes, or governmental action).

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms—together with any other documents expressly incorporated—constitute the entire agreement between you and Anatomy Rehab regarding the Site and our services, superseding all prior understandings.

You and Anatomy Rehab agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, UAE, to resolve any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
