Christopher Najjar is a highly experienced physiotherapist with over 16 years of clinical
practice, including more than 11 years treating patients in Dubai. He is known for his hands-
on treatment approach, combining advanced manual therapy techniques with evidence-
based rehabilitation to help patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to the
activities they enjoy.
Throughout his career, Christopher has worked with a wide range of patients, from
professional and semi-professional athletes to executives, entrepreneurs, and active
individuals. His experience spans multiple sports, including football, bodybuilding, padel,
rugby, and volleyball, giving him a deep understanding of both performance demands and
injury management, also having personally competed in rugby and volleyball at a high level,
he has a unique understanding of injury rehabilitation from the perspective of the patient and
the therapist.
Christopher has extensive experience in manual therapy, dry needling and joint manipulation
techniques for more than a decade. He believes that successful physiotherapy starts with
identifying and treating the underlying cause of a problem rather than simply addressing
symptoms.
He has a particular interest in treating complex and persistent conditions, including:
- Headaches and neck-related pain
- Pelvic and lower back instability
- Sports injuries and performance-related conditions
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
His approach is highly individualised, combining hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation,
movement retraining, and patient education to achieve lasting results.
Christopher earned his Bachelor of Physiotherapy from University of New South Wales and
his Master's degree from University of Sydney. Passionate about continuous learning, he
has completed more than 35 postgraduate professional development courses over the past
17 years, ensuring his patients benefit from the latest evidence-based treatment
approaches.
