Having worked with a wide range of patients, from professional and recreational athletes to office workers and post-operative orthopaedic patients. Charles has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions affecting the neck, spine, and extremities. His clinical practice covers acute and chronic injuries, sports-related conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and movement dysfunction, with a strong focus on restoring function, reducing pain, and preventing recurrence.

In addition to his physiotherapy qualifications, Charles is a Level 5 certified personal trainer specializing in exercise prescription for individuals with musculoskeletal injuries and a wide range of medical conditions. His expertise includes designing safe and effective exercise programs for people recovering from orthopaedic injuries, as well as those living with cardiovascular, metabolic, and other chronic health conditions, including post-cardiac
surgery rehabilitation.

Charles believes that successful rehabilitation begins with identifying and treating the underlying cause of pain rather than simply managing symptoms. He combines manual therapy, dry needling, therapeutic exercise, and movement retraining to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals and lifestyle. He also believes that patient education is a fundamental part of the rehabilitation process, empowering patients to understand their condition, actively participate in their recovery, and achieve long-term results. Charles is committed to providing ongoing guidance and support throughout every stage of rehabilitation, ensuring his patients always have the knowledge and confidence they need during their recovery journey.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy and additionally has continued to expand his expertise through numerous postgraduate courses in manual therapy, spinal manipulation, taping, dry needling, sports rehabilitation, and exercise-based treatment. His commitment to continuous professional development ensures his patients receive the highest standard of evidence-based care.
