Amber Ferguson
Clinical Pilates Instructor
With over 12 years of personal pilates practice and 2 years of teaching experience, Amber
brings both passion and lived experience to her role as a Clinical Reformer Pilates Instructor.
Amber is trained in Reformer, Chair, and Neuro Pilates, with training completed in the UK
under body hack pilates. Teaching both mat and reformer pilates allows her to support
clients across a range of rehabilitation, strength and movement needs. Amber has
experience teaching pre and post natal clients, post surgical and those with back and neck
pain.
Amber’s Journey
Her journey into clinical pilates was inspired by a long-standing interest in injury, posture
correction and recovery, and deepened through her own rehabilitation experience after an
achilles tendon injury. As a professional dancer having an injury was a huge driver for her to
find the most effective and fastest route to full recovery and strength. Pilates, combined with
physiotherapy, played a crucial role in her own recovery — restoring her strength,
confidence, and connection to movement.
Amber truly believes that pilates is the bridge and perfect adjunct to physiotherapy and
rehabilitation — helping clients transition from injury back to full fitness safely and effectively.
Amber strives to support clients through their recovery journey with care, knowledge, and
genuine passion. She is dedicated to helping clients rebuild strength, improve function, and
move with confidence again.
